Smart Supply Chain
Intro
In this course, we will talk about efficient and smart supply chain management systems enabled by machine learning techniques. Particularly, we are going to focus on the demand forecasting problem.
The main course objectives are:
- Understand the role of machine learning in supply chain planning.
- Introduce the field of machine learning, an area where algorithms learn patterns from data to support proactive decision making, as it applies to supply chain management.
- Use time series analysis to conduct predictive analytics for demand forecasting and inventory management.
